Introduction

He is an International Advisory Counsel of Singapore Publicly Traded Company Pan Hong Sino Harbor (Hong Kong, Singapore) and has over 10 years of deal management, property and business development experience ,and with a core focus on distressed business rehabilitation. Till date, he has helped over 10,000 Clients in 40 countries with legal issues, and thousands more via the web, as host of the 1000 Ways to Do Business Offshore Podcast.

Academic Background
Mr. Iruk graduated Summa cum laude (highest honors/Top 1%) with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Thurgood Marshall College of Law, in Houston Texas in 2007. This was preceded by a B.S., Magna cum laude in 2002 from University of Houston Downtown.

Mr. Lionel Iruk is admitted to the Bar in California and Texas. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Texas.

Services and Experience
Mr. Iruk established is currently a Managing Partner at Empire Global Partners and the host of the 1000 Ways to Do Business Offshore Podcast. He is the managing attorney, of Empire Global Partners , PLLC and a contributing speaker for various organizations. He is a member of the American Association of Immigration Lawyers, The Association of Wealth Counselors (2012-present) and American Association of Immigration Lawyers (2012-present), and an Agent of International Basketball Federation (FIBA) (2014-present).

He is also actively involved in social service through the Dreamers Action Network, Immigration Directorship Council (2012-present). Lionel Iruk, serves as a Director of Compliance to Hotels, Casinos, Bitcoin Startups, Banking Institutions, and non-profit organizations on important, complex issues.

Introduction
Mr. Strzalkowski is a qualified U.S. Lawyer who is experienced in a number of fields including Disability Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Media Law and Constitutional Law. He is also widely recognized for his public service experience particularly in the field of Disability Law. He is a multilingual lawyer with Expertise in English and Polish and working knowledge of German.

Academic Background
Mr. Strzalkowski was awarded an M.A. in the field of law, summa cum laude from the University of Warsaw, Poland. He then went on to acquire an L.L.M in Comparative Law from Levin College of Law Gainesville, Florida. He finally completed his Juris Doctorate from University of Florida where he was named to the Dean’s list twice in 2008/2009.

Mr. Strzalkowski is admitted to the bar in Florida, District of Columbia and The United States District Court- Southern District of Florida.

Experience
Mr. Strzalkowski started his career as a Freelance Media Analyst. Post acquisition of his legal qualifications he worked in the Criminal and Civil Side of the Warsaw Regional Court. Now in addition to his work at Empire Global Partners, he is also a Solo Practitioner at Gainesville, Florida.

Mr. Strzalkowski is also actively related in the field of Social Service and particularly for the welfare of the disabled. He is the current President of ‘Florida Disability Access and Awareness Foundation.’ In the past, he was the Chairman of “AKTYWNE ZYCIE” Foundation for the Disabled students from 2003-2005 and also handled all legal issues including incorporation of the organization. He was a Board member, advisor, speaker and volunteer of “Jordan Klausner Foundation”/”Gainesville Conductive Education Academy from 2007-2010 and went on to be the Associate Director of the Organization in 2010-2011.

Introduction
Mr. Dagle is a qualified Certified Public Accountant and a Business Analyst at Empire Global Partners. In addition to this he is also an Internal Auditor of Sysu International, Inc. / McCormick Philippines, Inc. He is actively involved in the academic field as a Part-time Instructor for the ABE International College of Business and Accountancy since 2007.

Academic Background
Mr. Dagle was awarded with the degree of Masters of Business Administration by the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2010. He previously obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy from University of San Jose Recoletos. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Experience
Mr. Dagle has previously worked as an Internal Auditor / Legal Liaison Officer at Mega Fishing Corporation. He was also the Senior Auditor of Leslie Corporation, Philippines. The main areas of expertise of Mr. Dagle are Continuous Auditing, COSO’s Internal Control – Integrated Framework, COSO’s Enterprise Risk Management, Risk-Based Auditing, Control Self-Assessment (CSA), Risk Self-Assessment (RSA) and Corporate Governance in line with U.K’s Combine Code and USA’s Sarbanes Oxley Act.

Antonio’s primary focus is in research and development for all internet gaming licenses and investing throughout the global market place. Antonio has maintained centrally focused on developing core strategies in the South Asian and Latin American marketplace.

Jonathan focuses primarily on for research and drafting. John has spent over 10 years as in offices throughout the United States and South Asia. He is uniquely-equipped for creating marketing channels for Empire Global Partners throughout new markets, he has spent the better part of the his time creating marketing channels for Empire Global Partners throughout the world.

Valton Eason is responsible for understanding a firm’s initiatives on a department by department basis. These areas include Marketing, Sales, Advertising, and call centers. Eason brings a wealth of transferable skills honed from years of executive level Construction, Private Investigations and strategic research as a business developer before entering the cryptographic space of Bitcoin and Blockchain Technology consulting.

He is intrigued with unearthing new opportunities and strategies that grow and develop start-up enterprises into well-established firms. Valton strives to ignite entrepreneurship from all backgrounds. These entrepreneurs will build the ever-expanding structures to support new technologies like Bitcoin as well as established professions such as Law and Design and build. In addition to his many ventures and responsibilities, Valton is also a devoted husband to a beautiful wife and father to three wonderful daughters. Valton doesn’t miss band practice or a volleyball game whenever possible; he even coaches some of his daughter’s teams. He is also active in his church, fraternity, and many community events such as Junior Achievement. Eason believes that balance makes a person better at the important things in life.
